Thank you for your interest in becoming an Education Partner of Horizon Education Network. Our application process is designed to ensure a strong mutual fit between our organizations. If your institution is located in Canada, the European Union, or the United States of America, please contact us.
The Application Process
- General Application: Complete the 6-step application form with details about your organization, leadership, vision, beliefs, and supporting documents. There is a $100 non-refundable application fee.
- Grant Application: Immediately following submission of the initial application, your organization will be invited to complete a formal Grant Application to provide evidence of financial need. 3-Year Sustainability Grants provide a fixed 25% discount for three years to help offset partnership fees and support your institution's journey toward long-term operational sustainability.
- Evaluation: We prayerfully consider each application, evaluating comprehensive criteria from mission fit to sustainability. A representative of Horizon will be in contact with you concerning the application process to answer any questions and keep you updated.
- Partnership: Once approved, the standard Education Partnership includes access to our full suite of online tools: Moodle™ LMS with integration to Bibliotech*, and CRM/SIS, as well as onboarding, training, and a global professional network with other like-minded seminaries. Pricing is scaled based on the number of users at your institution, starting at $600 annually for up to 25 users. If your institution is accredited or validated by an ICETE member association, you are eligible for an immediate $100 to $400 annual discount. Additional 3-year 25% sustainability grants are also available.
